When your desired recording length has been reached, click on the Stop button.

Wait at least 10 seconds after stopping the encoding before disconnecting the microSD storage
device to ensure that all buffered data is completely transferred.

You can verify your recording by connecting the microSD device to your PC card reader and opening
the newly created .ts file in VLC media player.
*Note:
The PC should be at least a quadcore or 8-core PC. If the PC is too slow, frame skips and possibly video
artifacts will be observed upon playback. VLC should be version 2.1.3 or newer.

Simultaneous Stream and Record
When streaming UDP or TSRTP, the TS stream can be simultaneously saved to a file on a microSD storage
device.
(1)
Connect and configure the encoder “Output Format” to output “UDP” or “TSRTP”.
(2)
When UDP or TSRTP is selected, the “Aux TS File Enable” option appears. Select “True” using the
dropdown menu to enable an auxiliary .ts file recording.
(3)
The “Output Device” and “File Prefix” fields appear. Follow the steps in Section
8.19 to connect
your microSD card and set these fields.
