Encoding Composite Video
The Z3-FVXK-13A-RPS also supports encoding from a composite video source. If this is desired, a
composite U.FL to BNC male adapter cable is needed.
(1)
Connect the yellow connector to the composite output of your video source.
(2)
Connect the red and white connectors to the analog audio outputs of your video source.
(3)
Connect black connector to “A/V In” on the RPS.
(4)
Return to the user interface.
(5)
If necessary, click on the “
Stop
” button in the “
Channel Controls
” section of the user interface CH1
tab or the “
Stop All
” button in the lower right corner of the screen of
any tab.
(6)
At the CH1 tab,
change the “Video Source” to “Composite” using the dropdown menu.
(7)
Verify your remaining settings are as desired. See Section 16.0 for a detailed list of all options.
(8)
Click the “Start” button.

“Composite”
