System Clock Adjustment
System Clock is used to control the business schedule and to stamp each message deposited into
the mailbox.
Current Date
ADM_3_9_[YYYYMODD]
YYYY: Year (2002~ up)
MO: Month (01~12)
DD: Day (01~31)
Current Time
ADM_3_0_[HHMMSSW]
HH: Hour (00~23)
MM: Minute (00~59)
SS: Second (00~59)
W: 1= Monday, 2= Tuesday, 3= Wednesday, and so forth, 7= Sunday.
Daily Adjusting Seconds
ADM_3_*_[X]
X: the number that second of system clock is daily added or subtracted
Pressing “1” is to add one to the number. Pressing “2” is to subtract one from the number.
For example, if the system prompts: “Have set to adjust faster 2 seconds”, it means that the
system clock will automatically add two seconds every day.
ADM_4: Operator Number List
ADM_4_[Y]_[X~]
Y: 1= for specifying the main service operator of working hours
2= for specifying the backup service operator of working hours
3= for specifying the main service operator of break hours
4= for specifying the backup service operator of break hours
5= for specifying the main service operator of closed hours
6= for specifying the backup service operator of closed hours
7= for specifying the main service operator of holidays
8= for specifying the backup service operator of holidays
X~: the transfer destination that is identified by one of the following numbers (Default= empty)
0~8999= internal phone numbers
9900~9989= mailboxes 9900~9989. The phone number of the service operator is the
Special External Phone number stored in the specified mailbox.
