MENU ITEM
DEFINITION
ON-DXCOOL
This is the Status Screen display when the conditions are right for chilled water
operation (supply air temperature >= supply air set point plus 5.0 degrees or
return air temperature >= return air set point plus 2.0 degrees.
ON-ECONO
This is the Status Screen display when either water or air economizer is enabled
and conditions are right for economizer operation.
ON-HEAT
This is the Status Screen display whenever “Heat - S/A Tmp Em” is turned on
and the “Heat - S/A Tmp SP” is above the “AC/Econ-S/A SP” even though the
unit may be in Econo or DX cool operation.
ON-NORMAL
This is the Status Screen display when the blower is operating but there is no
demand for cooling, heating, or economizer operation.
OUT WATER TEMP
The temperature of the water leaving the condensing heat exchanger.
POA DX PRS DROP
This item is used to program the minimum pressure drop across the coil that will
allow unit operation. (FlexSys unit operation).
RETURN AIR TEMP
The temperature of the air in the return air duct, or return air entering the unit.
SAFE INPUT
This is the status of the external safety shutdown input, ON equals normal op-
eration, OFF equals shutdown.
SLAB TEMP
This is the temperature of the slab under the raised fl oor (FlexSys units only).
STARTING
This is the Status Screen display when the unit is in transition between the OFF-
NORMAL and ON-NORMAL.
STATIC VALUE
This item is used to select the type of duct static control when two supply duct
static pressure transducers are used. LOW, AVERAGE, or HIGH can be se-
lected.
SUPPLY AIR DEW
This is a derived value based on the supply air temperature and humidity level
(FlexSys units only).
SUPPLY AIR HUM
This is the humidity level of the supply air leaving the unit (FlexSys units only).
SUPPLY AIR TEMP
This is the temperature of the supply air leaving the unit.
UNIT ENABLE
This is another method to place the unit in the ON mode. As long as this param-

switch closes.
VAV FAN
This item is used to force the binary output to the VAV fan to ON.
VAV FAN ENABLE
This gives the status of the digital output for a variable air volume fan.
VFD MOD
This is the analog output to the supply fan VFD.
VFD SPEED
This item is used to force an analog output to the supply fan VFD.
