1.4 Warranty
■ Product warranty
(1) No-charge warranty period
The no-charge warranty period for a newly purchased measuring instrument is one year from the
date of delivery. During this period, equipment which fails due to manufacturing or component
problems which are our fault will be repaired free of charge. Contact our service department, the
sales department at our main office, or the nearest branch office or sales office for details.
Please note that even during the no-charge warranty period, you will be charged for any repairs,
calibration, and testing done in response to equipment failures that occur due to incorrect user
operation or acts of God such as natural disasters. Furthermore, Yokogawa
Meter & Instruments
may refuse to repair or calibrate equipment in the following cases:
• If the equipment has been disassembled or modified, or its circuitry has been changed
without consulting Yokogawa

• If the equipment is not a properly purchased product
