The steam cannot froth.

Steam nozzle is blocked.
Turn the unit off, wait for it to cool
down and slide a needle 1 mm in
diameter into the steam nozzle
several times.
Water does not flow out the steam
wand.
The water tank is not mounted
properly.
Place the water tank properly.
The water tank contains an
incorrect amount of water.
Make sure that the water level is
between
“MAX” and “MIN” marks
on the tank.
The heating indicator is red.
Wait until the device finishes
preheating.
Do not take apart the appliance by yourself if the cause of failure is not found, you had better contact
