Directory
The VC400 system can store up to 500 local contacts and 100 conference contacts. The VC120
system can store up to 500 local contacts, and does not support conference contacts.
You can add multiple numbers for a local contact (at most 3). A conference contact consists of
one or more local contacts (at least 1, at most 3). You can establish a conference call quickly by
calling conference contacts.
You can import or export local contact list to different systems to share the local directory. The
system only supports the XML and CSV format contact lists. You can view local directory via web
user interface, remote control and the video conferencing phone. But you can edit or delete the
local directory via web user interface and remote control.
If you register a Yealink Cloud account, Yealink Cloud contacts will display in your directory
menu. Yealink Cloud contacts are created by your Yealink Cloud enterprise administrator. Only
Yealink Cloud enterprise administrator can add, edit and delete Yealink Cloud contacts on the
Yealink web management service, these operations will update to VC400/VC120 automatically.
You do not have the permission to do the operations on your VC400/VC120. You can only
search and place calls to the Yealink Cloud contacts. For more information on Yealink web
management service, refer to

conferencing system.
