Configuring the Forward Modes
There are two call forward modes:
Phone
(default): Call forward is effective for the phone system. You can apply call forward
to all line registrations on the phone.
Custom
: Call forward can be configured for each or all accounts. You can specify individual
or all registrations on a phone that has multiple registered lines.
Procedure:
1.
Click
Features
->
Forward&DND
.
2.
In the
Forward
block, mark the desired radio box in the
Mode
field.
3.
Click
Confirm
.
Phone Mode
Activating Call Forward in Phone Mode
Procedure:
1.
Navigate to
Menu
->
Features
->
Call Forward
,
and then select a desired forwarding type.
2.
Select
Enabled
from the
Always Forward
/
Busy Forward
/
No Answer Forward
field.
3.
Enter the destination number you want to forward incoming calls to in the
Forward to
field.
4.
If you select the
No Answer Forward
option, select the desired ring time to wait before
forwarding from the
After Ring Time
field.
5.
(Optional.) Enter the always/busy/no answer forward on code or off code respectively in the
On Code
or
Off Code
field.
If the forward on code or off code is configured, the IP phone sends the corresponding
