Adding Local Contacts Manually
To add a contact to the local directory manually:
1.
Tap
Contacts
->
Local Directory
->
All Local Contacts
.
2.
Tap .
3.
Enter name, address, work number, mobile number, home number, title and email in the
corresponding fields.
4.
Tap the
Ring
field.
5.
Tap the desired ring tone from the pop-up dialog box.
6.
Tap
Save
to accept the change.
Note
Local directory is configurable via web user interface at the path
Directory
->
Local Directory
.
Adding Local Contacts from Skype for Business Directory
To add a local contact from Skype for Business directory via phone user interface:
1.
Tap
Contacts
.
If the contact name already exists in the directory, the touch screen will prompt “Contact name
existed!”
