Tap the current date at the top to extend the month
view.
Month View
Shows all the days in a month. The day in blue indicates a
day which has a schedule. The day within a blue frame
indicates a selected day.
Day View
Shows all schedules of the selected day, including the
subject, start and end time and location.
Schedule View
Shows the details of the selected schedule, including the
subject, participants, organizer, start and end time, location
and content.

Tap to return to the idle screen.
Navigating Month View
Month view displays all the days in a month. The days have schedules are indicated in blue and
the selected day is always within a blue frame. You can only navigate month view only when
your system administrator configures the phone to display all schedules.
To navigate Month View:

Tap
Calendar
.
2.
If there is any meeting schedule, tap to enter the calendar screen.
3.
Tap the date at the top to extend the month view.
Slide up and down to select a desired day.
