Introduction

This manual is intended as an overview of parameter access

for the Yaskawa model G7 drive and

describes how to connect the G7 drive to RS-

232, RS-422 or RS-485. Refer to the

G7 Drive Technical Manual (TM.G7.01)

for detailed parameter information.

This document pertains to the G7 drive. In this document, the word “inverter”, “ac drive” and “drive” may be used interchangeably.

For details on installation and operation of the G7 drive, refer to the

G7 Drive Technical Manual (TM.G7.01)
