Firmly connect the MECHATROLINK-II communication cable to option
communication connector CN3.

Install MECHATROLINK-II communications cables apart from main-circuit wiring

and other electrical and power lines. Ensure the cable end is firmly connected (see

MECHATROLINK-II Communications Cables on page 31

for

details.

7.

Reattach the drive front covers (C, F) and the keypad (D).

NOTICE:

Do not pinch cables between the front covers and the drive. Failure to comply could cause

erroneous operation.
