8.2 Setup Procedure

Set-up Procedure for Semi-closed Loop Control

8.2.1

Feedback Option Module Set-up

The scale parameters must be written into the module via the SERVOPACK using the S software
engineering tool.

Note: This feature is available in S Version 5.6.1 and later.

(1) Set-up Procedure

Install a motor, scale and SERVOPACK.

Request the motor parameter file of the installed motor from YASKAWA Europe GmbH.

In S select “Parameters > Parameter edit”.
Set parameter Pn00B.3 = 1.

Start “Setup > Motor parameter scale write” in S.

Write the parameters of the motor parameter file to the scale.

Note: Refer to S Operation Manual for information on how to write parameters using S.
