3. ATTACH THE CABLE CLIPS   

1)  Attach the cable clips provided to the upper and lower handle (See Fig. C1). 
2)  Insert the cable into the clips to fasten the cable to the handle, ensuring there is 

enough cable slack (See Fig. C2).
