How to set batteries
1. Turn the both tabs on the back of the indicator counter-clockwise ( 180
°
) and remove
the battery lid.
When there are water drops around there, wipe them up thoroughly with a dry cloth.
2. Install 4 x UM-1 batteries in the battery box.
Replace all 4 batteries with all new ones at once. Do not use alkaline batteries and
manganese batteries in mixing.
Note) Make sure that both tabs are hanged firmly, or its waterproof cannot be kept and the scale
are damaged.
3. Restore the battery lid and fix it by turning clockwise ( 180
°
) firmly.
To avoid leakage problem, remove batteries when the equipment is left unused for a
long time (about 1 month or longer) or when it is operated with the AC adaptor.
