FRONTFORK

Inspect:

Damper rod

Replace.

Contamination

Blow out all oil passages

with compressed air.

Inspect:

@O-ring(cap bolt)

lock piece

Damage

Replace.

Seals

Replace.

ASSEMBLY

Before assembling, clean and inspect all parts

and replace when necessary.

NOTE:

In front fork assembly, be sure to use following

new parts.

Do not reuse them.

bush

Guide bush

seal

Dust seal

Install:

Rebound spring
Damper rod

Allow the rod to slide slowly down the
tube until the it protrudes from the

bottom.

Fit oil lock piece over damper rod sticking

out of the inner fork tube.

Oil lock

Install:

Inner fork tube
Into outer tube.
