FRONT FORK ADJUSTMENT

FRONT FORK

OIL CHANGE

• Fork oil leakage can cause loss of stability

and safe handling. Have any problem corrected

before operating the motorcycle.

Elevate the front wheel by placing a suitable

Remove:

NOTE:

Keep the valve open by pressing

seconds

so that the air can be let out of the

inner tube.

Loosen:

Remove:

bolts (steering crown)

bolts

Use the Front Fork Cap Socket

(YM-

104).

*Collars

Place a receptacles under the drain screws.

6. Remove:

screws

Drain the

fork oil.

Do not allow any oil to contact the disc brake

components. If oil is discovered, be sure to
remove

it,

otherwise diminished braking capa-

city and damage to the rubber components

the brake assembly will occur.

7. Inspect:

(cap bolt)

(drain screw)

Wear/Damage

Replace.
