Double-click [My Computer | Control Panel | System].
2.
Select “Device Manager,” “CD-ROM” (the listed item with a “+” mark), then
the CD-ROM drive name, then click “Properties.”
On a Windows 2000/XP system, click the “Hardware” tab, then click “Device Manager.”
3.
Click the “Properties” tab.
4.
Check the “Enable digital CD audio for this CD-ROM device” checkbox and
click [OK].
Setup for Volume Control
1.
From the “Start” menu, select [Programs | Accessories | Entertainment | Volume
Control] to open the “Volume Control” window.
2.
Move the slider to adjust the volume level.

Checking wave file playback
Follow the steps below to check to see whether you can hear a wave file play back
from the UW10.
1.
Select [My Computer | Control Panel | (Sounds and Multimedia) | Sounds].
2.
Select an item with a speaker icon, then click the Play button to make sure that
the playback sound is output from the headphones or speakers connected to
the UW10.
