REMOVING THE FLYWHEEL

1. Remove:

Flywheel cover

TCI unit

2. Remove:

Flywheel nut

Washer

Starter pulley

TIP

Attach the sheave holder

to hold the fly-

wheel.

Primary clutch holder:
YS-01880-A
Sheave holder:
90890-01701

3. Remove:

Flywheel

Woodruff key

TIP

Remove the flywheel

using the flywheel

puller

Fully tighten the tool holding bolts, making

sure the tool body is parallel with the fly-
wheel. If necessary, one bolt may be backed
out slightly to level the tool body.
