Measurement steps:

the Cooling System Tester

and

Adapter

to the radiator cap

Cooling System Tester:

Y U-24460-0 1

Adapter:

Y U-33984

Apply the specified pressure for 10 seconds,

and make sure there is no pressure drop.

INSTALLATION

Reverse the “REMOVAL” procedure.

Note the following points.

1. Install:

Fan motor assembly

Screws (Fan Motor Assembly):

2. Install:

Radiator

Bolts (Radiator):

7 Nm (0.7

kg, 5.1

3. Fill:

Cooling system

R e f e r t o t h e

“COOLANT REPLAC

MENT” section in the CHAPTER 3.

4. Inspect:

Cooling system

Decrease of pressure (leaks)

Repair

required.
