Selection

When the engine speed is at the full throttle
operating range (4,500–5,500 r/min), the
ideal propeller for the boat is one that pro-
vides maximum performance in relation to
boat speed and fuel consumption.

Predelivery checks

To make the delivery process smooth and
efficient, the predelivery checks should be
completed as explained below.

Checking the fuel system

1.

Check that the fuel hose is securely con-
nected and that the fuel tank is filled with
fuel.

Use pre-mixed fuel only.
Fuel and oil mixing ratio is 50:1. For
break-in  period, 25:1 mixture shall be
used.

Checking the gear oil

1.

Check the gear oil level.

Checking the battery (WHD, WD)

1.

Check the capacity, electrolyte level, and
specified gravity of the battery.

2.

Check that the positive and negative bat-
tery leads are securely connected.
