Crankcase
4. Install the labyrinth ring

and install the roller bearing

Make sure the pin side of the bearing faces

5. Align the crank angle of #1

crankshaft assembly

become angle of 120 degrees

then install using a press.
NOTE:

Install the guide

, and then align the crank
angle.

Place the press body

on the assembling
kit.

Do not apply force in excess of 7 tons.
6. Remove the guide pole

(long), and
then remove the three guide, and pull out
the guide plate

7. Insert the pin on the special service tool
into the hole on the #2 crank assembly
and insert the pin on the special service
tool into the hole on the #3 crank assem-
bly as same procedure as #1 and #2.
8. Install the labyrinth ring f onto #3 crank
assembly

and install the roller bearing

onto #2 crank assembly

, before
assembling the #2 and #3.
NOTE:
Make sure the pin side of the bearing faces

9. Align the crank angle of #3 g for #2
crankshaft assembly
