AM/CW FILTER INSTALLATION

Remove the top cover. Locate and remove PB-

1

(FI LTER UNIT). Referring to Fig. 1 , locate

jumpers A and B on the prin ted b oard. If the AM

-.

filter  is  to  be  installed,  the  jumper  marked  A .
must  b e   removed,  and  for  C W   filter  installation
the j umper marked B  mu st be removed.

Referring to Figs. 1 and

2,

install the d esired

filter in the appropriate holes. Make the fastening
nuts -snug (CW filter only) , and solder the p ins of

the filter to the p rin ted b oard .
