Troubleshooting
To keep the product clean, please be sure to clean it after each use.

To clean the device and electrode head, wipe them with a damp and
well-wrung cloth to remove any dirt. Wash the cotton stopper with
water after removing it from the main unit.
• Refrain from using an alkali cleaning agent, alcohol, thinner, benzene, nail polish remover or any
other solvents.
• Do not leave the device with lotion or gel on it.

Wipe the entire device with a dry cloth and store it after removing
all moisture.
After Treatment
The device is too warm.
The device was used
continuously.
Turn the device off and wait
at least 1 hour before
restarting use.

Storage
If you will not be using it for an extended period, clean the device before storing it.
When the device is not in use, disconnect the AC adapter from the main unit and wall outlet.
Avoid storing the device near a heater or in a bathroom or other high-temperature/high-humidity location.
Also, avoid locations where there is exposure to direct sunlight or unstable.
Keep the device out of the reach of children.
Maintenance and Inspections
If you will not use the device for an extended period, be sure to inspect it carefully and check that the device
works properly and safely before restarting use.
If the device is malfunctioning, go to ‘Checklist for Possible Problems’ (pages 18-19) and attempt to identify
the problem before arranging to have the device repaired. If the problem persists, contact your local
distributor with a proof of purchase (page 21).
If the device malfunctions, appears damaged or needs a service, please contact your local distributor.
How To Clean
The level (intensity) of RF,
LED, Cooling and
Micro-current functions
cannot be changed.
The level can only be changed
for EMS, Ion and DYHP
functions.
You cannot feel any
vibration.
Vibrations are turned off.
Press the Vibration (VIB)
button to switch on the
vibration function.

EYE Mode does not
function.
The electrode head is not in
the correct position.
EYE Mode will not function
unless the electrode head is
properly rotated 180°. Rotate
the electrode head so that it is in
the correct position (page 11).

The EYE Mode electrodes
are not touching the skin.
Please make sure both of the
two EYE Mode electrodes
are touching the skin at the
same time (see page 16).

COOL Mode is not very
cool.
The device is being used in
an environment with a
temperature exceeding the

with the temperature
between 15° C and 30° C.
