7.3.1 Dismounting outside tire
1) Positioning dismounting head
“ ! warning :
Position and move tire
changer column only leave the column
unworked..Hexangular rod is only used
during tire installment, keep it away from
working zone.
Following steps if stiff tire:
a. Move dismounting head (fig P-1) to
working position. If there is a sensor,
rotating turntable and put the sensor in
the middle of dismounting head.(fig P)
“ ! ” warning :

unworked.
b. After positioning dismounting head , lock
dismounting head and insert lever.(fig Q-3)
2) Rotating elbow (fig Q-2) and stop at a
position on the opposite side of the
dismounting head.(fig Q)
3)Keep pneumatic valve(fig D-10) towards down, lowing elbow and press tire to
inside edge, which move tire to top of the dismounting head easier.(fig R)
4)Rise HF200A rotate from inside to the top, and then rotate turntable, dismount tire.
