7.2 Clamping tire
If clamp rim from inside, operation
following by tire changer manual.
If clamp rim from outside, HF200A
could assist following operation:
“ ! ” warning :
Clamp from outside only
if low-profile tire. And be careful if there
is sensor inside.
1) Leave HF200A un-worked
2) Turn on turntable and put the tire on
it, keep the clamps near outside.(fig I)
3) Insert positioning presser(fig L-1)
into tire presser (fig L-2)
4) Pneumatic rod towards down, which
press positioning presser to the rim center,
about 2 cm.
5) Shut clamps and clamp rim,( fig M)
Dismounting positioning presser and make
elbow is back.
