5.3 Software Upgrade Procedure 

Attention: 

Before  upgrade  software  for  handset,  you  must  make  sure  the  battery  have  enough 

power  to  support  the  download  process  and  don‟t  pull  out  the  USB  cable  during  downloading 

process. Otherwise, the handset‟s memory will be broken by the unfinished upgrade process and 

cause the handset cannot be powered on. 

 

 

Step 1: 

double click the executable file “QDownload” to run the flash tool, the first time to run the 

tool, an error prompt will pop up, just click “OK” to ignore it . 

The flash tool interface is as below:

Step 2

: click the icon “Browser” to choose the “scatter” file “prog_emmc_firehose_8936.mbn” 

which is located in firmware folder.
