This issue often occurs in a mobile phone.

You can enter into „Factory Mode‟ by keep press
“Power on” key, volume “-” key the same time;

Select “14 Audio Headset” and you will hear
a beep sound if the headset is good;

Otherwise you need to check the Earphone Jack (J800) and
its circuit to find the original issue and solve it.
