App structure
START PAGE
On the start page of the app you can see your data
e.g. Steps, calories burned, distance traveled, heart
rate, sleep, exercise, blood pressure and, if you
selected the gender female, the cycle monitor.
Tapping on the respective bar takes you to the
detailed view. At the top right is the button for
manually synchronizing the clock. (Fig. 3)
You have the option to sort or hide the postcards
you want.
At the bottom of the app you will find the selection
items "Data", "Device" and "Mine". (Fig. 3)
The selection point "Data" shows you the already
explained start page.
The selection item "Device" offers further settings
for your QIN XW PRO. (see page 33)
Under the “Mine” option you will find the settings for
your personal usage profile and your defined goals.

FUNCTIONS OF THE START PAGE
Steps / Calories / Distance
: If you tap on one of these cards, you get to the detailed view. Here
you can see your detailed daily progress, when and how many steps you took. You can also call
up past days.
Heart rate
: If you have activated continuous heart rate measurement (page 33), you can see the
daily progress of the individual measurements here.
Sleep
: Your sleep is automatically recorded when you lie down in the evening. The next day you
will see the details of your sleep here. Waking phases, deep sleep and light sleep phases. Please
note that a sleep recording can only be made at night. Recording over the day is not possible.
Sports
: If you want to accurately record your jogging, you can use the XWFit app * to record the
GPS coordinates. To do this, you need to take your smartphone with you. The QIN XW PRO
does not have its own GPS sensor.
