8. Setups
System Settings
From
System Settings
, you can set or change the initial values.
Common Settings:
These settings relate to the machine itself. For more information,
refer to Common Settings on page 8-5.
Copy Service Settings :
You can set the copy feature defaults, copy operation control,
button functions, and so on. For more information, refer to Copy
Service Settings on page 8-67.
Connectivity & Network
Setup:
You can set the ports, protocols, and so on. For the items that can
be set, refer to Connectivity & Network Setup on page 8-104.
Print Service Settings:
You can set the memory settings, print time operation, and so
on. For more information, refer to Print Service Settings on page
8-120.
Scan Service Settings:
You can set the scanner feature defaults, button functions, and
other items. For more information, refer to Scan Service Settings
on page 8-126.
E-mail Service Settings:
You can set the e-mail feature defaults, address search, and so
on. For more information, refer to E-mail / Internet Fax Service
Settings on page 8-136.
Mailbox Service Settings:
You can set and modify the mailbox settings. For more

Job Flow Service Settings:
