Formatting the Image Disk

Perform the following procedure when suggested as a recovery action.

1.

On the Windows desktop, follow the path:

Start > CXP8000 > CXP8000 Tools > Format Image Disks

.

The following message appears.

2.

Close all open windows, if required, and click 

OK

.

The following message appears.

Important:  

Formatting erases all data stored in the Storage folder. It is 

recommended to back up your data, if possible, to an external device.
