Configuring Trays 3 and 4 

Trays 3 and 4 in the Tandem Tray Module are high-capacity paper trays that can hold A4-size (210 x 

297 mm) or Letter-size (8.5 x 11 in.) paper. You can adjust these trays to hold either of these paper sizes. 

To configure Trays 3 and 4 in the Tandem Tray Module: 

Note: 

Access to the rear paper guide in Tray 3 is limited. If you require assistance to adjust the 

paper trays, contact your local Xerox representative. 

1.

 

To access the rear paper guides in Trays 3 and 4, remove Tray 2 from the printer. 

2.

 

Pull out Tray 3 or 4 and remove any paper from the tray. 

3.

 

To adjust the front paper guide, slide forward the green clips, then lift the front paper guide gently 

to release it from the tray. Move the guide to the new paper-size position. Align the tabs at the top 

and bottom of the guide with the corresponding slots on the tray, then slide back the green clips.
