image and the size of the file.

larger file sizes, which are not
ideal for sharing and transmitting

image or to define a searchable
image. You can add a password
to protect the image or choose to
combine multiple images into a

If File Already
Exists Use the If File Already Exists
option to define what action the
device takes when the file name
is used already. •
File and
Attachment Use the File and Attachment
option to specify a name for the
file containing the scanned
images. • • •
Acknowledge-
ment Report You can request to print a report
to confirm that each recipient
has received the scanned file.
The report contains delivery
status information. •
