Dynamic Data Exchange

DDE Link To A Visual Basic Application

The following example Visual Basic application 

DDEDEMO

 creates a DDE link to

two copies of TeemTalk

.

 The link is created when the 

Start

 button is clicked.  System

information can be gained by using the buttons at the bottom of the screen. You can
send information to TeemTalk by entering text in the box and clicking the 

Send

button. Various items are hardcoded into this, like the name of the TeemTalk
executable and the name of the script file.

Note: To make an executable file from Visual Basic, select 

Make

EXE File...

 in the 

File

 menu and enter a suitable file name.
