2  Safety regulations -basic in-

formation

2.1 General

You have purchased a powerful fibre insulation
blowing machine. The current requirements and
the potential future requirements of insulation
processors have been taken into account in the
design of the machine. The construction of this
machine complies with European regulations
and standards. It has CE marking. This has the
benefit that spare parts are convenient to buy for
a long time period, as well as the guarantee of
compliance with European safety standards.

This guide gives you information on the practical
use and handling of your

Minifant

 insulation

blowing machine. This includes technical infor-
mation about operation, maintenance and work-
place safety. A thorough reading of this operat-
ing manual is imperative in order for you to get
the most out of your machine and to fully under-
stand all of the technical safety aspects.

As with any machine, this machine can be dan-
gerous when used improperly or serviced incor-
rectly. Please take note of the safety information
supplied.

The

M99 minifant M99

 has the following features

and advantages:

The processing speed and density can be set

manually from the machine.

Radio remote control included as standard.

Material volume flow can be regulated with

the variable airlock inlet cross section, air
volume and delivery pressure.

  Machine dimensions adapted for use.

Easy handling with an easily removable hop-

per top piece and a bolted transport rack.

High processing speed with optimal airlock

chamber filling and airlock ventilation.

Increased working safety with electronic and

constructional safeguards.

Stainless steel airlock parts exposed to abra-

sion.

High operational safety levels with robust

design.

X-Floc GmbH

 offers reliable and fast after-sales

service for every machine purchased.. For tech-
nical questions, or to find out more about the
range of services we offer, please contact us
during our office hours. These can be found in
our contact details. We will be happy to help

danger to life and health

Non-observance of this warning can

result in serious adverse effects on health, and
could potentially even result in-life-threatening inju-
ries.

 This symbol indicates a potential

danger to life and health

Non-observance of this warning can result in seri-
ous adverse effects on health, and could potentially
even result in-life-threatening injuries.

 This symbol indicates a potentially

dangerous situation.

Non-observance of this warning can result in injury
or damage to property.

2.3 Organisational

measures

The required personal protective equipment should
be provided by the contractor, especially

 dust

masks

All existing safety devices should be checked regu-
larly.

2.4 Protective

Equipment

Before each operation, it must be ensured that the
machine is fitted with the appropriate protective
equipment and is in good working condition.

Protective equipment may only be removed

after the machine has been switched off

after ensuring that the machine cannot be acci-

dently switched back on

When fitting subcomponents, safety equipment
should be installed according to the instructions.

2.5 Guidelines

The operating manual should always be kept in the
same area as the machine. .

In addition to the operating manual, standard and
local rules and regulations for accident-prevention
and environment protection should also be ob-
served.

Please ensure that all safety and warning notices
on the machine are in a readable condition.

2.6  Training of staff

Only properly trained and instructed staff may work
with the machine, or carry out maintenance, clean-
ing or repair work.
