2 Safety regulations -basic in-
formation
2.1 General
You have purchased a powerful fibre insulation
blowing machine. The current requirements and
the potential future requirements of insulation
processors have been taken into account in the
design of the machine. The construction of this
machine complies with European regulations
and standards. It has CE marking. This has the
benefit that spare parts are convenient to buy for
a long time period, as well as the guarantee of
compliance with European safety standards.
This guide gives you information on the practical
use and handling of your
Minifant
insulation
blowing machine. This includes technical infor-
mation about operation, maintenance and work-
place safety. A thorough reading of this operat-
ing manual is imperative in order for you to get
the most out of your machine and to fully under-
stand all of the technical safety aspects.

gerous when used improperly or serviced incor-

2.3 Organisational
measures
The required personal protective equipment should
be provided by the contractor, especially
dust
masks
All existing safety devices should be checked regu-
larly.
2.4 Protective
Equipment
Before each operation, it must be ensured that the
machine is fitted with the appropriate protective
equipment and is in good working condition.
Protective equipment may only be removed
after the machine has been switched off
after ensuring that the machine cannot be acci-
dently switched back on
When fitting subcomponents, safety equipment
should be installed according to the instructions.
