to stand and transfer.

The Summit is a mobile powered sit-to-stand for people with impaired mobility. Used in conjunction with
the proper accessories, the Summit will assist a patient to a standing or semi-standing position with
comfort and convenience. It provides support under the feet, against the shins and behind the back.
The Summit has a compact footprint allowing for greater maneuverability in tight spaces.
Intended for use in acute care, long-term care, and outpatient care. It is not
recommended for use in a shower.
Prior to using the Summit for transfer or any other procedure, the patient must be
assessed by a qualified professional to determine the suitability of using the Summit
with that patient. Patients should be partial weight bearing, have upper body strength
and be able to follow instructions.
Remove the transport plastic bag on handset cable and mains cable before use.
Cables must be fixed to the application or placed in such a way that users cannot
stumble and injure themselves.
With the footrest removed the Summit can be used to assist in weight bearing rehabilitation and balance
training.
