Intended Use
This hand-guided orbital polisher is intended for com-
mercial use in industry and trade. It is intended for all
types of polishing work, such as for coated surfaces on
vehicles, for furniture, metal and stone surfaces using
polishing sponges, lambskin and wool pads, for oper-
ation with polishing tools approved for speeds of at
least 500 rpm.
For damage caused by usage other than intended, the
user is responsible.

Tool Specifications
Before Starting Operation
Before any work on the machine itself,
pull the mains plug.
Dismounting the Handle
(see figure A)
Loosen the screws with Allen key

and remove the
handle

Mounting the Gear Housing Cover
(see figure B)
Loosen the screws with Allen key

, remove the handle

and the gear housing cover

Slide the gear housing cover

on again and fasten it
with the screws.
Mounting/Exchanging Polishing
Tools (see figure G)
Place the polishing tool centrally on the Velcro plate

and firmly press it on.
Plug the mains plug into the power socket and switch
the power tool on.
Start a test run to check for imbalance and vibrations.
Exchanging the Velcro Plate (see
figure H)
Remove the polishing tool.
Press the spindle lock button

and loosen the screw
using Allen key

. Actuate the spindle lock button

only when the power tool is completely stopped.
Replace the Velcro plate

. The groove of the Velcro
plate

must engage in the spanner flats of the drive
shaft; if required, lightly rotate the drive shaft.
Press the spindle lock button

and tighten the screw
again using Allen key

Start a test run to check for imbalance and vibrations.
Operation
Observe the mains voltage!
The voltage of
the power source must correspond with the data on
the type plate of the machine.
