Chapter 10 After-sales Service



Manufacturer guarantees to the sold products and quality tracking.



After being packaged, and being stored in the right condition and rules, the manufacturer

should be responsible for repairing and replacing spare parts or unit within two years.



Manufacturer and its dealers are responsible for the repair of dental units which are out of

warranty, at reasonable charges.



The users will be responsible for the repair charge for damages caused by dissembling

the unit without being allowed by our company.

The usage life of this dental unit is 5 years.
