Avoid interruptions within the spray surface
.
Guiding the spray gun evenly will provide uniform surface
quality.
Non-uniform clearance and spray angle lead to heavy formation
of paint mist and thus to an uneven surface.

End the spraying procedure outside the target area.
Never completely empty the container for the spray material by
spraying. If the suction tube is no longer immersed in the spray
material, the spray jet will be interrupted and this will result in
an inconsistent surface.
When coating material builds up on the nozzle and air cap,
clean both parts with the corresponding solvent.
Note: Only place down the power tool on a level and clean
surface so that it can not tip over.
Adjusting the Spray Pattern
(see figure 8)
Never actuate the trigger switch while adjusting the
air cap 6.
Spray pattern determine by adjust knob 5 and air cap 6.
See fig. 8.

Loosen the union nut.

Turn the air cap 6 to the requested position.

Firmly retighten the union nut.
MAINTENANCE
●
Before any work on the machine itself, pull the mains
plug.
●
Never immerse the electrical unit into solvent or water.
Clean the housing using only a moist cloth.
●
To rough cleaning the machine, filling up the water to the
tank, and spray out till empty.
Cleaning the tank and suction hose(see fig 9)
Disassemble the material tank and suction hose. Wipe and
wash it.
Cleaning or Changing air filter (see fig 10)
Remove the air filter cover and take out the foam air filter.
Washer the filter by clean water or change a new one if
needed.
Cleaning the spray mouth
Disassemble the spray mouth system, See fig 11.
Washer the air cap, spray mouth, and needle bu clean
water.

In order to prevent the machine from damage during transport, it is delivered in a sturdy packaging. Most of the packaging
materials can be recycled. Take these materials to the appropriate recycling locations. Take your unwanted
machines to your local dealer. Here they will be disposed of in an environmentally safe way.
Discarded electric appliances are recyclable and should not be discarded in the domestic waste! Please actively
support us in conserving resources and protecting the environment by returning this appliance to the collection
centres (if available).
