Your Model M1012 weighs nearly 1300 lbs and has a

" x 29". Most concrete floors should
be sufficient to carry the weight. BEFORE moving the
brake onto a wood floor, inspect it carefully to deter-
mine that it will be sufficient to carry the load of the
machine, the lifting device, and its operators. If you
question the strength of your floor, you should consider
having it inspected for possible reinforcement.
Working Clearances
Consider existing and anticipated needs, size of mate-
rial to be processed through the machine, and space
for auxiliary stands, work tables or other machinery
when establishing a location for your Model M1012 Pan
and Box Brake.
Lighting
Lighting should be bright enough to eliminate shadow
and prevent eye strain.
