PROBLEM CAUSE REMEDY
Dehumidifier does
not work
The power is not connected Check that dehumidifier is connected to electricity and that fuse has not
blown.
Check that the water reservoir is empty and correctly placed in the
dehumidifier.
Does not dehumidify The water container is full.
The water container has not been replaced correctly.
The air filter is clogged. The temperature or relative humidity in
the room where the device is operating too low.
Remove the water from the container.
Place the water container in the correct position.
Clean the air filter.
Check that air can flow freely through the dehumidifier. The Front grid
and air filter should be clean and the dehumidifier should stand 20cm
from wall.
The dehumidifier
works, but reduces
the relative humidity
insufficiently.
The room is too large.
There are too many sources of humidity.
There is too much ventilation
We recommend using a dehumidifier with a larger capacity.
Reduce ventilation(e.g close windows and shut doors)

works, please contact your retailer for servicing of your dehumidifier.
