UNLOADING THE GRILL
The crated Churrasco weighs 755 lbs� A 2,000 lb� capacity forklift should be used for unloading the unit from the delivery vehicle�
Approach the crated rotisserie from the side and insert the evenly spaced forks under the wooden skid� Take care not to hit the legs
or casters that protrude from the bottom of the unit�
MOVING THE GRILL
The crated grill can be moved using a forklift, if space allows� Alternatively, a 1,000 lb� pallet jack can be used� Caster equiped
models may be rolled into place over a level surface after removal from crate�
ASSEMBLY
Install Spit Rails by placing pin into larger hole on either side and pushing down on rail� Rail with 3 indentations goes in the middle
position; rail with 4 indentations goes on the bottom� Note how weldment and the small lip at the bottom of the rail faces outward�
Unit comes standard with 7 spits�
