Blade Guide Arm Alignment

Sawmill Alignment

The eccentric nut provides fine adjustments. Multiple trials may be

needed to obtain the proper alignment.

Loosen (do not remove) the nut inside the sawhead frame.

Loosen the nut between the sawhead frame and the grooved rollers.

Turn the eccentric nut until the roller has move the appropriate distance.

Tighten the nut inside the sawhead frame.

Tighten the nut between the sawhead frame and the grooved rollers.

See Figure 9-2.

BLADE GUIDE ARM HORIZONTALLY (PARALLEL TO THE BLADE)

Fully extend the blade guide arm. See Fig.9-1.
