Troubleshooting and Known Issues

Common Solutions to Many Issues
If the other troubleshooting sections have not helped, there may be some common
solutions for trying.
Please wait enough time for fully booted of Microsoft Windows before starting-up
PC2TV or DLNA (Window s DMC) utility.
Please w ait enough time for the readiness of network before “Play” PC2TV
application or “Play To” DLNA-DMR application. Please refer to
Section 2.2.4
.
Close PC2TV or DLNA utility, restart-up the utility, and then run the application
again.
Close PC2TV or DLNA utility, disconnect the network, reconnect your network,
restart-up the utility, and then run the application again.
Close PC2TV or DLNA utility, disconnect the network, close all of other programs
and services on your PC, reconnect your network, restart-up the utility, and then
run the application again.
Shut down the SmartStream adapter, reboot the adapter, reconnect your network,
restart-up PC2TV or DLNA utility, and then run the application again.
Shut down your PC, reboot the PC, reconnect your netw ork, restart-up PC2TV or
DLNA utility, and then run the application again.
Uninstall PC2TV utility, restart your Windows, install PC2TV utility, restart your
Windows, restart-up PC2TV utility, and then “Play” PC2TV application again.
