Unpacking and Installation

Unpacking and Installation

Contents

Unpack the RMT-170-HD Monitor and inspect for any apparent physical

damage that may have occurred in transit. In addition to the monitor, the

package should contain:

•

An AC/DC power adapter,

•

A power cord,

•

A warranty card, and

•

Either:

•

A table stand using M4 x 10mm screws, or

•

A rack-mount frame.

We recommend you retain the shipping carton for future use.

Installing the Monitor

When installing a mount option, please place the monitor, face

down, on a a soft, non-scratch surface.

Using the included M4x10mm screws, attach the table stand, rack

ears, or VESA-100 mount.

Table Top Installation

Use the M4 x 10mm thumb screws, included with the

table stand, to attach the stand to the monitor’s VESA

mount.

Adjust the vertical spring tensioning screw to support

the monitor's weight.

Rack Mount Installation

: Use the flat head screws supplied

with the RMT-170 to Attach the rack ears.
