12.3 Sensor diagnosis and replacement

Electrochemical gas sensors are subject to wear. The life of the measuring sensors will

be determined by numerous parameters such as the removal of condensate, the fre-

quency of use and regular maintenance.
Therefore this information about the average life of measuring sensors is based on

specific experience.

The sensors can be changed by the customer or by an authorized service point or at

the factory.

The Wöhler A 550 has an advanced electronic

self diagnosis program.
You can enter the diagnosis screen directly after

having switched on the analyzer during self check

and calibration .

screen appears.
