12 Maintenance

Proper operation of the Wöhler A 550 requires regular maintenance.

12.1 Maintenance work

Interval

Maintenance work

After every

combustion test

Press condensate out of the

coarse filter.

Control the condensate trap and

remove condensate and water if

necessary.

Control the cotton filter. Replace

it if polluted or wet.

After the wood

moisture meas-

urement

Control the distance between

the needles:
Replace needles if necessary

After every

working day

Dry coarse filter

Once a year

Return analyzer for check and

calibration to a Wöhler certi-

fied service station
