Wireless charging is only supported for mobile phones
that meet the Qi standard.
2. Depending on the type of mobile phone, the signal location
for wireless charging may be placed differently. In general,
it is recommended to place the phone by the bottom right
corner of the charging area. If it fails to charge, turns the
phone 180 degrees or place it on the bottom left corner.
3. Do not place metal objects in the charging area as wireless
charging does not work through conducting magnetic
materials such as metals, etc.
4. The protective cover on the mobile phone will reduce the
efficiency of the wireless charging. If the cover is too thick
or made of metal, it will not be possible to charge. If you are
having issues with charging, try removing the cover and see if
that makes a difference.
