The minimum, average and maximum values of the single measurements since the start of the
measurement process are displayed under the current results.
These results are also displayed in graphical form on a logarithmic scale.
The watch’s measured beat number and the time elapsed since the beginning of the measurement are
also displayed for information.

mode is selected, the results of the rate measurement are recorded in graphical form for an
8-minute time range.

Signal Sources for Rate Measurement
16.1.1
Operation of Rate Measurement
The signal transducer acquires a signal, the period of which depends on the rate deviation of the
watch. The magnetic stray field or the current pulses of the step motor, the capacitive stray field of
the LCD display, the electrical stray field or the mechanical oscillations of the quartz oscillator are
used, depending on the measuring mode.
