OTHER PROGRAMMING FEATURES

REBOOT PROCEDURE: 

On rare occasions, a power interruption may occur, 

making it necessary to reboot the controller software. To reboot, press and hold the 

#8 channel key while turning on the power switch.

CHANGING FROM FAHRENHEIT TO CELSIUS 

press and hold the #9 key 

(hidden) while turning on the power switch. Repeat to switch from CELSIUS back to 

Fahrenheit. LED display will indicate which temperature scale is currently active. 

Key #9 is below Key #1.

(0˚F to 210˚F. 300˚F 

maximum when added to 

Food Texture setting).
Press FOOD TEXTURE 

key to change texture 

setting. ‘5’ will display.
Use arrow keys to adjust 

the Food Texture setting. 

Hold either key down for 

fast scrolling.
To exit timer 

programming, press and 

hold key #1 for three 

seconds.
